SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at springinabox.com. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to all shipments and digital products.
Processing Times
All physical orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You’ll receive an update by email if your order is significantly delayed.
Live Plant Shipments
Live plants and wholesale herbs are shipped by request only. To ensure plants arrive healthy and avoid delays, live plants are shipped on Mondays. If Monday is a holiday, we will ship the following business day.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship physical products only within the United States and U.S. Territories. We do not ship live plants or seeds internationally.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for documentation.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are available worldwide and are delivered instantly after purchase once payment is confirmed. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Spring in a Box is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. (This applies only if physical goods are shipped outside the U.S.)
