Spring in a Box Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please read the following carefully, as policies differ for digital products and physical goods.
🌱 Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
🌿 Wholesale Orders (Plants & Herbs – by request only)
Live plants and bulk herbs are grown to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@springinabox.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

💵 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items that qualify (not for digital goods). If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@springinabox.com.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days under EU consumer law. However, this does not apply to digital downloads or perishable goods. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
