Cuban oregano- these are not oregano! 

These smell like oregano, but actually belong to the mint family!

This is a wonderful plant - great smelling, delicious taste, and easy to grow. The flavor is much stronger than Greek oregano. The leaves contain aromatic oils and are used in much lower amounts in recipes that call for oregano. As a culinary herb, use this as you would any other oregano, but again, remember that you need to use much less than the recipe recommends. The leaves can be used fresh or dried, and they work well with meats, and poultry, and are added fresh to soups and stews.

Medicinally, Cuban oregano has been used to treat many ailments such as respiratory problems, rheumatism, constipation, and flatulence.
Plant in the partial sun making sure the soil drains well.
